The POWERFIT™ CHALLENGE is a 90 day body transformation contest that includes measurements such as weight loss, body fat percentage loss, inches loss and full body transformational success. Each participant will have access to fitness workout videos, meal plans, motivational videos, and POWERHANDZ® workout equipment. Not only will this Weight Loss Challenge help you get fit, but over $2,000 in cash prizes will be given away!
POWERFIT™ CHALLENGE GUIDELINES
CONTESTANTS - Contestants must be 18 years old to compete. The registration fee to participate is $99.00.
TIMETABLE - Sign up starts January 2- January 13th, 2020. Contestants must sign up before Jan.13th, 2020. The first weigh-in submission and photos are due before Jan. 13th, 2020. Weigh-ins for January, February, March, April are mandatory. Weekly forms will be sent to complete and check-in photos are required to be submitted. Samples of photos will be posted on the facebook private group page for reference.
WORKOUTS - Workouts will be offered at least one day a week or more. This is a good time to log into private facebook group to ask questions and connect with competitors in the challenge. You can also chat with a trainer about your weight loss plan, discuss menu ideas with other contestants and size up the competition.
Meal plans, motivational videos and photos will all be posted on the POWERFIT™ Challenge Instagram and Facebook pages for showcasing progress.
ELIMINATIONS - All Contestants must submit a minimum of 3 weigh-ins and 3 transformational photos to show progress. Non-Compliance will eliminate contestants from challenge.
WINNERS ARE SELECTED - There will be 3 winners announced. First place will receive $1,000 USD 2nd place $500 USD and 3rd place $250 USD. Winners will be selected by way of MOST TRANSFORMATIONAL.
